Before you submit your support request

Please make sure that you read the documentation. It is available for each stack via the tutorial pages for the stacks.

If you have lost your download, you can recover it here (Cartloom) or send us a message (Paddle).

Please provide as much information as possible:

  • Please provide a descriptive title for your report
  • Which stack are you seeing the issue with?
  • What are you seeing an issue with?
  • What type of issue are you reporting?
  • Please describe the issue and what steps we can take to reproduce it
  • In which release did you encounter this issue?
  • How often does this problem occur?
  • If possible, provide a web-link so that we can re-create the issue
